Non-medical assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support, and assistance with daily routines. Services are provided to support independence and safety in the home.
Services for individuals who do not qualify for Medicaid but meet functional eligibility requirements. ACT 150 provides non-medical personal assistance and support services to help individuals remain independent in their homes and communities.
Non-medical home and community-based services for individuals with developmental physical disabilities. Services are designed to support daily living needs and promote independence in community settings, subject to program authorization.
Temporary non-medical care designed to support individuals while providing relief for family caregivers. Respite services may be provided on a short-term or scheduled basis, depending on authorization and care needs.
Long-term services and supports for eligible individuals through Pennsylvania’s Community HealthChoices program. Services are subject to eligibility, authorization, and managed care organization (MCO) credentialing.
