Intercede Home Healthcare offers hourly care services tailored to a diverse range of clients, either in their homes or wherever they consider home.

Our Caregivers are available for shifts starting at a minimum of 4 hours per visit. We typically establish a routine schedule with clients, yet it's always possible to adjust visits to accommodate doctor's appointments or special events. Our commitment is to assist you, and we prioritize flexibility to meet your needs. In addition to the 4-hour minimum visit, there is a minimum schedule of 3 visits per week. You have the flexibility to choose the days you need our assistance or opt for caregiver support seven days a week. There are no additional surcharges for evenings or weekends.

Overnight and extended-hour care are structured based on the level of care required and reviewed during the consultation.

Holiday rates may differ, and time-and-a-half rates may apply on designated holidays.

• Assistance with ADLs- Bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and ambulation ( see our service page ADLs & IADLS for the following)

• Household & Daily Support (IADLs): Meal preparation, light housekeeping related to the client, shopping, and daily activities.

• Companionship: Friendly presence, conversation, and emotional support to reduce isolation and promote well-being.

• Dementia Support: Non-medical care focused on safety, routine, and engagement in a familiar environment.

• End-of-Life Support: Compassionate non-medical care and companionship to support comfort and dignity, in coordination with hospice providers.

• Respite Care: Temporary care to support families when caregivers need time away or rest.

• Post-Hospitalization Support: Non-medical assistance to help clients transition safely home and recover following a hospital stay.

• Post-Surgical Support: Extra assistance with daily routines and mobility during the recovery period.
