Basic Requirements to join Intercede Home Healthcare Team
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who are committed to providing quality care.
Preferred qualifications include:
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of caregiving or related experience
Ability to meet state-required certifications and clearances
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation
Intercede Home Healthcare provides ongoing training and support to help our caregivers succeed
Providing caregiver services to the consumer
Providing caregiver services to the consumer
As a caregiver, you will provide non-medical support to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Responsibilities may include:
Personal Care – assisting with bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, transferring, and medication reminders,
Companionship – engaging in conversation and meaningful activities
Household Support – light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
Errands and transportation assistance – supporting daily tasks outside the home
Care Coordination – organizing tasks and prioritizing care based on client needs
